About me !
-- ELECTRICS --
Already at 14 years old, electricity was intriguing,
something that can power light bulbs, Heaters and power tools but you don’t see and smell !
At 17, I was making repairs and upgrading my father machine shop equipment wiring.
For many years after I have added and renovated residential Electrical wiring in ref. to the
NEC and the Quebec <Code de Construction> Chap-V.
At 18, I built my own integrated amplifier (Heathkit) , crossover and speakers with Electrovoice drivers.
-- CINEMAS --
Not long after, I was a projectionist in local and Montreal cinemas running 35mm, 70mm projections
and learning about Theater Dolby Stereo sound systems.
-- RECORDING --

At University of Waterloo Ont. I learned sound and recording engineering at the campus studio.
After University, I was a recording engineer at "Montreal Sound", and right away, I had my head inside
the Harrison 24B console and the 2in MCI 24 track machine for basic repairs.
I became known to be the geek and the <Jack of all Trades> around town
and started my own company designing recording studios
where I got in
cover pages and articles in the most respected magazines.
I was also a member of the Audio Engineering Society (AES) learning even more.
-- SCUBA --
Watching Jacques Cousteau on TV gave me the dream to explore underwater secrets.
In 1985 I became a PADI Master Scuba diver exploring The reck of the Empress of Ireland ,
Caymans Islands caves, the Belize Blue Hole, under the ice, deep diving technics,
and the most remote underwater places on the planet.
Like the Star Trek expression: <To boldly go where no man as gone before>.
I developed then my own 12 tissues diving decompression simulator utility on PC. (Intel-486).
-- SOO MANY BOOKS --
What saved me from many life curve balls is that I was a serious Self learner at a very young age
and everything I know was by my own research ,
books, and experiments and not from my parents or university classes.
-- AVIATION --
20 years later I added another field of interest: Aviation !
I got my private Pilot licence in 1992, with night VFR, IFR, and floats ratings for single engine Aircraft
Cessna 172/185/206.
8 years at CAE on 6 DOF Motion system for Level-D Full flight simulator (FFS) and security systems,
and the past 19 years at Bombardier
Business Jets on the Challenger 650 and Global 7500 programs
was a great learning experience in
the industry.
From Cabin Management System (CMS) , Aircraft Power distribution , Certification,
and the past 10 years as
Connectivity Sr. Specialist I worked with the most demanding
Private Aircraft owner/operators.
Getting High speed internet on a Business jet involves complex satellites and Air-to-Ground systems.
On those projects my reward was not the pay check, but rather the smile
and handshakes from those VIP customers.
-- CONNECTIVITY --
Over the years, I spent many hours on research about the best solution to be connected
on the ground and in the air.
With my background in electronics, electricals, VBA programing, connectivity,
I developed a router algorithm that enable seamless switching from one internet source to another
and even combining them for increased bandwidth using a combination of technics,
and all this from a single WiFi access point making things much user friendly and transparent for the user.

-- RV's --
During vacations RVing, and visiting different parts of the Quebec , Ontario regions,
and the EAST coast of the US,
I noticed the missing link in connectivity,
specially full time RV owners and on-the-road self entrepreneurs.
We all know that RV park WiFi is a joke and Starlink may not be the best solution !
I have also studied RV and camper-van AC, DC, Solar, Electrical systems with associated components.
ie: Bat. chargers, B2B, Solar panels, MPPT controllers, LifePo4 Lith. batteries, BMS, Inverters,
and everything about safety .
I decided to share cost effective solutions as a consultant for DIY RV projects and others.
Today I offer full connectivity integration for Aviation,
connected from the ground up to 51,000Ft is real.
My goal is also to educate and explain what the books don’t tell you !
